IMPORTANT: BY SUBSCRIBING TO, DOWNLOADING, INSTALLING, OR USING ANY COREXBIZ SOFTWARE PRODUCT, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT SUBSCRIBE, DOWNLOAD, INSTALL, OR USE THE SOFTWARE.
1. Definitions
In this Agreement, the following terms have the meanings set out below. Capitalized terms used but not defined in a particular section have the meanings given to them in this Section 1.
“Agreement” means this Terms of Service and Software License Agreement, including any schedules, exhibits, or amendments incorporated by reference.

“CoreXBiz Products” means the software products developed and distributed by the Company, currently including CoreXBiz AI Workers, CoreXBiz Core, CoreXUpload Print, and CoreXBiz Price Calculator, in each edition offered for a Platform, and any additional products the Company may offer under this Agreement in the future.
“CoreXBiz Service” means the hosted services operated by CoreXBiz Inc., including CoreXBiz AI Workers, file storage, license validation, subscription verification, entitlement checks, update delivery, and other service-layer functionality required for the full operation of the Software.
“Customer,” “you,” or “your” means the individual or legal entity that subscribes to and uses one or more CoreXBiz Products under this Agreement.
“License Key” means the unique alphanumeric key issued by the Company to the Customer upon subscription, used to activate and validate the Software.

“Subscription Term” means the period during which the Customer has an active, paid subscription to a CoreXBiz Product, as specified in the Order.
2. Agreement Overview
2.1 Nature of the Products.
CoreXBiz Products are delivered as hosted services at corexbiz.com, as plugins for WordPress/WooCommerce distributed directly by the Company, and as apps distributed through Platform app marketplaces such as the Shopify App Store and the Wix App Market. All editions rely on hosted services provided by CoreXBiz Inc. Additional terms for CoreXBiz AI Workers are in Schedule C, and for Platform apps in Schedule D.
2.2 Product Dependencies.
Some WordPress editions of CoreXBiz Products require other CoreXBiz Products to be installed and active on the same WordPress installation. Specifically, the WordPress editions of CoreXUpload Print and CoreXBiz Price Calculator each require CoreXBiz Core to be installed and active, unless the product is offered as a standalone edition. Shopify and Wix editions do not require CoreXBiz Core. CoreXBiz Core may operate independently. Product dependency requirements are documented on each product’s page at corexbiz.com and in the product documentation. This Agreement covers each CoreXBiz Product individually; if a product depends on another CoreXBiz Product, each is governed by its own Order and subscription under this same Agreement.
2.3 Licensed Software, Not Sold.
The Software is licensed to you, not sold. You receive a limited right to use the Software under the terms of this Agreement. You do not acquire any ownership interest in the Software or any intellectual property rights therein.
2.4 Hosted Service Dependency.
Full functionality of the Software depends on an active connection to the CoreXBiz Service. The CoreXBiz Service provides license validation, subscription verification, and other service-layer functions. If the Software cannot connect to the CoreXBiz Service, or if your subscription is inactive, certain features of the Software may be unavailable or the Software may cease to function.
3. License Grant
3.1 Grant.
Subject to the terms of this Agreement and payment of the applicable fees, the Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install, activate, and use the Software on the Authorized Site(s) specified in your Order, solely for your internal business purposes, during the Subscription Term.
3.2 Scope of Use.
Unless your Order specifies otherwise, your license permits use on one (1) production Authorized Site per product per Order. You may additionally install the Software on one (1) staging or development instance of the same site, provided that the staging or development instance is not publicly accessible and is used solely for testing purposes.
3.3 Free Editions.
Some CoreXBiz Products are available in a free edition with limited functionality. If you are using a free edition, you are granted a limited license to use it for evaluation and limited production purposes. The free edition does not include all features of the paid Software. Upgrading to the paid edition requires a paid subscription and acceptance of this Agreement in full.
3.4 Multiple Products.
If you subscribe to more than one CoreXBiz Product, each product is subject to its own Order and License Key. This Agreement applies to all CoreXBiz Products you subscribe to.
4. Restrictions
You shall not, and shall not permit any third party to:
- Copy, reproduce, distribute, sublicense, resell, rent, lease, or otherwise transfer the Software or any portion thereof to any third party.
- Share, publish, or otherwise disclose the Software package, License Key, or API credentials to any person or entity not authorized under this Agreement.
- Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works based on the Software, except to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law that cannot be excluded by contract.
- Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright notices, trademark notices, or other proprietary notices contained in or on the Software.
- Use the Software on any site, store, server, or installation not specified as an Authorized Site in your Order.
- Bypass, circumvent, disable, or interfere with any license validation, subscription verification, or entitlement check built into the Software or the CoreXBiz Service.
- Use the Software as a service bureau, application service provider, or managed service offering for third parties, unless separately agreed in writing.
- Use one License Key or subscription to operate the Software for multiple unrelated businesses, customers, or organizations.
5. Subscription, Payment, and Renewal
5.1 Subscription Plans.
CoreXBiz Products are offered on annual or monthly subscriptions, and some products, including CoreXBiz AI Workers, offer a free plan and paid plans with a monthly usage allowance. The applicable plan, pricing, usage allowance, and term are specified in your Order. Different CoreXBiz Products may have different pricing and plan structures. When a usage allowance is used up, the affected features pause until the allowance renews or you change plans; you are not charged for usage beyond your plan unless you expressly turn on extra usage.
5.2 Payment.
All fees are due in advance at the beginning of each Subscription Term and are payable in the currency specified at checkout. Fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, which are your responsibility.
5.3 Automatic Renewal.
Unless you cancel your subscription before the end of the current Subscription Term, your subscription will automatically renew for successive terms of the same duration at the then-current pricing. You may cancel the renewal at any time, whether before or after the renewal date, without incurring any fees or penalties. For annual subscriptions, the Company will provide you with notice of the upcoming renewal date not less than thirty (30) days and not more than sixty (60) days before the renewal date.
5.4 Cancellation.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account on corexbiz.com, through the Platform where you subscribed, or by contacting the Company directly. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid Subscription Term. No partial refunds are provided for the remainder of a paid term unless otherwise required by applicable law.
5.5 Refund Policy.
If you are not satisfied with the Software, you may request a refund within thirty (30) days of your initial subscription purchase. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to the Company. Refunds are not available after the thirty-day period, for renewal charges, or where substantial use of the Software has occurred during the refund period. This refund policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection legislation. Purchases billed by a Platform are governed by Section 5.7.
5.6 Price Changes.
The Company may change subscription pricing for future renewal terms. If the renewal price increases, the Company will provide you with notice of the new pricing not less than thirty (30) days before the renewal date. If you do not agree with the new pricing, you may cancel your subscription before the renewal date without charge or penalty.
5.7 Platform Billing.
If you subscribe through a Platform’s billing system (for example Shopify or Wix), the Platform collects the fees, and charges, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are handled under that Platform’s billing terms and refund rules. Where those rules conflict with Sections 5.2 to 5.5, the Platform’s rules apply to that purchase.
6. Updates and Support
6.1 Updates.
During the Subscription Term, the Company may provide updates, patches, bug fixes, and new versions of the Software. Updates are delivered through the Company’s update server, through the Platform’s app system, or directly in the CoreXBiz Service, and may require an active subscription and valid License Key. The Company is under no obligation to provide any specific update or to maintain backward compatibility with prior versions.
6.2 Support.
The Company will provide reasonable email-based support for the Software during the Subscription Term. Support covers installation assistance, configuration guidance, and troubleshooting of defects in the Software. Support does not cover customization, third-party plugin conflicts, server configuration, or issues arising from modifications you have made to the Software.
6.3 After Expiration.
Upon expiration or cancellation of your subscription, you will no longer receive updates or support. The version of the Software installed at the time of expiration may continue to operate in a limited or degraded mode, but the Company makes no warranty that any functionality will continue to work without an active subscription and connection to the CoreXBiz Service.
7. Onboarding and Professional Services
7.1 Availability.
The Company may offer onboarding and professional services to assist with the installation, configuration, and setup of CoreXBiz Products on your website, store, or account. These services are optional and are purchased separately from the Software subscription. The scope, fee, and timeline for professional services are specified in a separate service order or proposal provided by the Company at the time of purchase.
7.2 Nature of Service.
Onboarding and professional services are labor-based services performed by the Company’s team on your behalf. They may include product installation, initial configuration, product mapping, site structure review, data migration assistance, and other setup tasks as described in the applicable service order. The specific deliverables and scope limitations are defined in the service order for each engagement.
7.3 Service Fee.
The onboarding fee is a one-time, non-refundable service fee payable in advance. Because onboarding involves the commitment of the Company’s time and resources from the start of the engagement, the fee is earned upon commencement of the onboarding work and is not refundable in whole or in part, regardless of whether you subsequently cancel your Software subscription or choose not to continue using the Software. This does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection legislation.
7.4 Scope Limitations.
Professional services are provided within the scope and time allocation specified in the service order. Work requested beyond the agreed scope may be subject to additional fees, which will be communicated and agreed upon in writing before the additional work is performed.
7.5 Relationship to Subscription.
Onboarding and professional services are separate from and in addition to your Software subscription. Purchasing professional services does not extend, modify, or create a subscription. Your Software subscription is governed by Section 5 of this Agreement regardless of whether you have also purchased professional services.
7.6 No Guarantee of Results.
While the Company will perform professional services with reasonable care and skill, the Company does not guarantee specific business outcomes, website performance, search engine rankings, or revenue results from the use of CoreXBiz Products. The warranty in Section 11.1 applies to the Software, not to professional services.
8. Intellectual Property
8.1 Ownership.
The Software, the CoreXBiz Service, and all related intellectual property rights (including copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, and any other proprietary rights) are and shall remain the exclusive property of CoreXBiz Inc. This Agreement does not transfer any ownership rights to you.
8.2 Copyright.
The Software is protected by copyright law under the Copyright Act (R.S.C., 1985, c. C-42) of Canada and by international copyright treaties. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification of the Software may constitute copyright infringement and may result in legal action.
8.3 Trademarks.
“CoreXBiz,” “CoreXBiz AI Workers,” “CoreXUpload Print,” “CoreXBiz Price Calculator,” and related logos and marks are trademarks of CoreXBiz Inc. You may not use these trademarks without the prior written consent of the Company, except as reasonably necessary to identify the Software in connection with your permitted use.
8.4 Feedback.
If you provide the Company with any suggestions, enhancement requests, or other feedback regarding the Software, the Company may use such feedback without restriction and without obligation to you.
9. Data and Privacy
9.1 Data Collection by the Software.
The Software may transmit the following data to the CoreXBiz Service in the ordinary course of its operation: your License Key or Platform store identifier, the Authorized Site URL, the Software version number, and basic server environment information. This data is used for license validation, subscription verification, update delivery, and keeping the Software working.
9.2 Customer Data.
Data created, uploaded, or processed through the Software by you or your end users (“Customer Data”) remains yours. For WordPress editions, most Customer Data is stored on your own WordPress server. For CoreXBiz AI Workers, for Shopify and Wix editions, and for features that use CoreXBiz cloud storage, Customer Data is stored and processed in the CoreXBiz Service. The Company uses Customer Data only to provide the services to you, as described in the Privacy Policy, and does not sell it or use it to train AI models. You grant the Company the rights needed to host, process, and transmit Customer Data for that purpose.
9.3 Privacy Legislation.
The Company complies with the Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) of British Columbia and the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) of Canada, as applicable. If you process personal information of individuals through the Software, you are responsible for complying with all applicable privacy legislation in your jurisdiction, including obtaining any required consent.
9.4 Privacy Policy.
The Company’s Privacy Policy, available at corexbiz.com/privacy, describes how the Company collects, uses, and protects personal information. The Privacy Policy is incorporated into this Agreement by reference.
10. Confidentiality
10.1 Obligations.
Each party agrees to hold the other party’s Confidential Information in confidence and not to disclose it to any third party except as necessary to perform its obligations under this Agreement, and only to persons who are bound by confidentiality obligations at least as protective as those in this Agreement.
10.2 License Key Protection.
Your License Key and any API credentials are Confidential Information. You are responsible for keeping your License Key secure and must not share it with any unauthorized person or entity. The Company may suspend or revoke a License Key that it reasonably believes has been compromised or shared in violation of this Agreement.
10.3 Exclusions.
Confidential Information does not include information that is: publicly available through no fault of the receiving party; already known to the receiving party without restriction; independently developed without use of the disclosing party’s Confidential Information; or received from a third party without breach of any obligation of confidentiality.
11. Warranties and Disclaimers
11.1 Limited Warranty.
The Company warrants that during the Subscription Term, the Software will perform substantially in accordance with any documentation provided by the Company. If the Software does not conform to this warranty, the Company will, at its option, correct the non-conformity or provide a workaround. This is your sole and exclusive remedy for breach of this warranty.
11.2 Disclaimer.
EXCEPT FOR THE LIMITED WARRANTY IN SECTION 11.1, THE SOFTWARE AND THE COREXBIZ SERVICE ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE COMPANY DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. THE COMPANY DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
11.3 Consumer Protection.
Nothing in this Agreement excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer rights or remedies that cannot be excluded, restricted, or modified under the Business Practices and Consumer Protection Act (SBC 2004, c. 2) of British Columbia, or any other applicable consumer protection legislation. Where such rights apply, the Company’s liability is limited to the extent permitted by that legislation.
12. Limitation of Liability
12.1 Cap on Liability.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE COMPANY’S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THIS AGREEMENT OR THE SOFTWARE, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR OTHERWISE, SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL FEES PAID BY YOU TO THE COMPANY DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTH PERIOD IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
12.2 Exclusion of Damages.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE COMPANY BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, OR GOODWILL, WHETHER OR NOT THE COMPANY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
12.3 Essential Basis.
The limitations and exclusions in this Section 12 reflect the allocation of risk between the parties and are an essential basis of the bargain between the parties. The Company would not enter into this Agreement without these limitations.
12.4 Statutory Rights.
This Section 12 does not limit liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for fraud, gross negligence, or willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection legislation.
13. Suspension and Termination
13.1 Termination by Customer.
You may terminate this Agreement with respect to any CoreXBiz Product at any time by canceling the relevant subscription through your account on corexbiz.com or through the Platform where you subscribed, and uninstalling the Software from all Authorized Sites. Termination takes effect at the end of the current paid Subscription Term. If you subscribe to multiple CoreXBiz Products, termination of one does not affect the others.
13.2 Termination by Company.
The Company may terminate this Agreement with respect to any or all CoreXBiz Products immediately upon written notice to you if: (a) you breach any material term of this Agreement and fail to cure such breach within fifteen (15) days after receiving written notice of the breach; (b) you fail to pay any fees when due; (c) you become insolvent, file for bankruptcy, or have a receiver appointed over your assets; or (d) you engage in any use of the Software that the Company reasonably determines to be abusive, fraudulent, or in violation of applicable law.
13.3 Suspension.
The Company may suspend your access to the CoreXBiz Service or disable your License Key at any time if the Company reasonably believes that: (a) your use of the Software poses a security risk to the CoreXBiz Service or other customers; (b) your License Key has been compromised or shared in violation of this Agreement; or (c) suspension is necessary to comply with applicable law. The Company will provide notice of suspension as promptly as practicable.
13.4 Effects of Termination.
Upon termination or expiration of this Agreement with respect to any CoreXBiz Product: (a) your license to use that Software immediately terminates; (b) you must uninstall the Software from all Authorized Sites and destroy any copies of the Software in your possession; (c) your access to the CoreXBiz Service, updates, and support for that product ceases immediately; (d) data created or stored by the Software on your own server remains on your server and is your responsibility; (e) Customer Data stored in the CoreXBiz Service will be deleted within thirty (30) days after you ask us to delete it or after the Platform asks us to erase your store’s data, except records the Company must keep by law; you may ask for a copy of your Customer Data before it is deleted; and (f) after deletion the Company has no obligation to maintain or provide access to your data.
13.5 Survival.
Sections 4 (Restrictions), 8 (Intellectual Property), 10 (Confidentiality), 11 (Warranties and Disclaimers), 12 (Limitation of Liability), 13.4 (Effects of Termination), 14 (Acceptable Use), and 16 (General Provisions) shall survive any termination or expiration of this Agreement.
14. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Software or the CoreXBiz Service to:
- Engage in any activity that violates applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights.
- Transmit any material that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or infringes the intellectual property rights of any third party.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the CoreXBiz Service, other customer accounts, or any systems or networks connected to the CoreXBiz Service.
- Overload, disrupt, or interfere with the CoreXBiz Service through excessive automated requests, scraping, or denial-of-service activity.
- Use automated tools or scripts to bypass rate limits, entitlement checks, or other technical controls.
- Share your account credentials, License Key, or API access with any unauthorized person or entity.
15. Modifications to This Agreement
15.1 Right to Modify.
The Company may modify this Agreement from time to time. This Agreement identifies the specific provisions that may be modified by the Company: all provisions of this Agreement except Section 3.1 (the core license grant), the scope of Authorized Sites already purchased, and the fees applicable to your current Subscription Term, which cannot be changed mid-term.
15.2 Notice.
The Company will provide you with written notice of any material modification not less than thirty (30) days before the modification takes effect. Notice will be provided by email to the address associated with your account, or through a prominent notification within the Software or your account dashboard on corexbiz.com.
15.3 Your Options.
If a modification increases your obligations or reduces the Company’s obligations under this Agreement, you may cancel this Agreement at any time without charge or penalty. If you continue to use the Software after the modification takes effect, you are deemed to have accepted the modified terms.
15.4 Restrictions on Modifications.
The Company will not unilaterally modify provisions relating to cancellations, returns, exchanges, or refunds in a manner that increases your obligations or reduces the Company’s obligations. Any attempted modification in violation of this restriction is void.
15.5 Current Version.
The current version of this Agreement is always available at corexbiz.com/legal/terms. It is your responsibility to review the Agreement periodically.
16. General Provisions
16.1 Governing Law.
This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles.
16.2 Jurisdiction.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be submitted to the courts of the Province of British Columbia, and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts. Nothing in this Agreement prevents you from bringing a claim before the Civil Resolution Tribunal of British Columbia where applicable.
16.3 Entire Agreement.
This Agreement, together with the Order, the Privacy Policy, and any other documents expressly incorporated by reference, constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding the subject matter hereof, and supersedes all prior agreements, understandings, and communications, whether written or oral.
16.4 Severability.
If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or if modification is not possible, shall be severed from this Agreement, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
16.5 Waiver.
The failure of either party to enforce any right or provision of this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
16.6 Assignment.
You may not assign or transfer this Agreement or any rights or obligations hereunder without the prior written consent of the Company. The Company may assign this Agreement in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or substantially all of its assets, upon notice to you.
16.7 Notices.
All notices under this Agreement shall be in writing and shall be deemed given when sent by email to: (a) the Company at the email address published on corexbiz.com; or (b) the Customer at the email address associated with the Customer’s account.
16.8 Independent Contractors.
The parties are independent contractors. Nothing in this Agreement creates a partnership, joint venture, employment, or agency relationship between the parties.
16.9 Force Majeure.
Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, pandemic, government action, power failure, internet disruption, or third-party service outages.
16.10 Third-Party Components.
The Software may include third-party open-source components, each of which is subject to its own license terms. A list of third-party components and their applicable licenses is available at corexbiz.com/legal/third-party-licenses or within the Software documentation. Nothing in this Agreement restricts or limits your rights under the applicable open-source licenses for those components.
16.11 Consumer Reviews.
Nothing in this Agreement prohibits or restricts you from publishing or communicating a review of the Software, the CoreXBiz Service, or this transaction.

This Agreement is subject to the Business Practices and Consumer Protection Act, SBC 2004, c. 2, as amended. Where any provision of this Agreement conflicts with your rights under that Act, the Act prevails. As of August 1, 2026, additional amendments to the Act take effect governing subscription contracts, automatic renewal, and unilateral amendments. This Agreement has been drafted to be consistent with those requirements. The Company will update this Agreement as necessary to maintain compliance with the Act and its regulations as they come into force.
Notice Regarding Privacy Legislation
CoreXBiz Inc. is subject to the Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) of British Columbia with respect to personal information collected within British Columbia, and to the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) with respect to personal information collected in the course of commercial activity that crosses provincial or national borders. The Software includes components licensed under open-source licenses, including the MIT License, the BSD licenses, the Apache License 2.0, and, for certain components, the GNU General Public License. These components are identified in the third-party license documentation included with the Software. Your rights to use, modify, and redistribute those components are governed by their respective open-source licenses, not by this Agreement.
Notice Regarding Dispute Resolution
This Agreement does not contain a mandatory arbitration clause or a class action waiver. You retain the right to commence or participate in any class proceeding and to pursue any dispute through the courts of British Columbia or, where applicable, through the Civil Resolution Tribunal of British Columbia.

Additional products may be added to this schedule in the future. Each product is subject to its own Order, License Key, and subscription, all governed by this Agreement.
Schedule C: CoreXBiz AI Workers
C.1 What AI Workers Do.
CoreXBiz AI Workers use artificial intelligence models, currently provided by OpenAI, to read the business information you connect, prepare replies, reports, drafts, and proposed changes, and carry out actions you approve. Actions that spend money or change your financial records are prepared as drafts or requests and require your approval, or must fall within spending rules you set.
C.2 Review AI Output.
AI Output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. You are responsible for reviewing AI Output before you rely on it, publish it, or approve an action based on it. AI Workers are not a substitute for professional accounting, tax, legal, or financial advice.
C.3 Ownership of Inputs and Output.
As between you and the Company, you own the information you provide and the AI Output created for you. Similar output may be created for other customers, and the Company does not claim that AI Output is unique.
C.4 Connected Accounts.
When you connect Google, a store, or another service, you authorize the Company to access that service on your behalf within the permissions you approve. Your use of each connected service remains subject to its own terms, including advertising spend you approve in Google Ads. You may disconnect a service at any time.
C.5 Plans and Usage.
Each plan includes a monthly usage allowance. When it is used up, AI Workers pause until the allowance renews or you change plans. Plans, allowances, and prices are shown on corexbiz.com and in the app, and may change for future billing periods with notice under Section 5.6.
C.6 Acceptable Use of AI.
You must not use AI Workers to create unlawful, deceptive, or infringing content, to process information you have no right to use, to make decisions with legal or similarly significant effects on individuals without human review, or to attempt to extract the underlying models or bypass usage limits.
Schedule D: Platform Apps (Shopify, Wix, WordPress)
D.1 Platform Terms.
When you install a CoreXBiz app through a Platform, your use of the Platform remains subject to that Platform’s own terms. The Platform is not a party to this Agreement and is not responsible for CoreXBiz Products.
D.2 Installation and Permissions.
By installing an app, you authorize the Company to access your store or site within the permissions shown during installation, only to provide the app’s features.
D.3 Uninstalling.
You may uninstall an app at any time from the Platform. When you do, the app stops working, the Company deletes its access token for your store right away, and your store’s data is deleted as described in Section 13.4 and the Privacy Policy.
D.4 Your Customers.
You are responsible for your own privacy notice to your customers and for any consent required to process their information through the app. The Company processes your customers’ information only on your behalf and will help you respond to their privacy requests.
