Your business already has the data.
Now see what it's telling you.
Your business generates data every time an order is placed, a task is completed, a supplier is engaged, or an expense is recorded. CoreXBiz Business Intelligence connects to that data — already inside the platform — and turns it into operational visibility without exporting files, importing spreadsheets, or setting up a separate tool. This is early access. We're building it in public, shaped by the businesses using it.
Connected to live operational data
No export. No rebuild.
Insight draws from data already flowing through CoreXBiz — no pipeline to set up, no tool to maintain.
120+ field types, encrypted
Business data stays secure

What's available in beta today
Every feature below is confirmed beta-ready — code-complete, tested, and available through CoreXBiz Core now.
AI-Assisted Business Analysis
Walk through a short guided questionnaire — your business type, what you offer, your scale. CoreXBiz runs AI analysis against your responses and returns a structured breakdown: industry classification, identified strengths, growth opportunities, and strategic recommendations. Results are saved to your business profile.
- Works with OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google Gemini — your API key, your choice
- AI usage quota-managed per your plan tier
- Industry classification, strengths, opportunities, and recommendations
- Analysis results stored securely in your business profile
- Results available to reference across the platform
Automated Business Data Discovery
Business Intelligence automatically scans your existing WordPress and WooCommerce setup to extract business data — store name, billing address, contact information, currency, and more. Discovered fields are presented for review. Approve what is correct and merge to your profile in one step.
- Scans WordPress core, WooCommerce store settings, and user profiles
- Conflict resolver shows competing values side-by-side
- Full merge history logged per user session
- Immediate results — no manual entry required to start
- Re-run at any time when your business details change
Structured Business Profile with Encryption
Build and maintain a structured profile of your business across eight information areas: company identity, ownership, financial profile, operations, legal, intellectual property, market, and risk. Over 120 field types are automatically encrypted at rest — tax IDs, banking details, executive contacts, and financial records stay protected.
- Four-tier access control: public, standard, sensitive, and admin
- AES encryption applied automatically to sensitive field types
- Encrypted field values display as protected until authorised access
- AI-safe export strips sensitive data before any AI context injection
- Audit-ready structure with eight named business areas
AI Public Exposure Intelligence
Run an AI-assisted security intelligence scan on your company's public footprint. The scan surfaces what is visible from your company name, website, and digital presence: executive personnel exposure, operational details in public records, financial mentions, digital footprint risks, and recommendations for reducing unwanted exposure.
- Covers personnel, operations, financial mentions, and digital footprint
- Risk recommendations section included with every scan
- Activity logged for your records
- Delivered as a structured report inside the platform
- Uses your AI provider — sensitive data is never included in prompts
Strategic Goal Tracking
Define revenue goals and expense budgets across your business categories. Business Intelligence tracks actuals against those targets and shows the variance — what is ahead, what is behind, and by how much. A structured view of business performance relative to your own plan, not a generic benchmark.
- Create and manage goals by category
- Scorecard comparison: goal vs actual, variance, and status indicators
- Data drawn from your live operational records
- Works from day one with any plan period you define
- No external tool required — lives inside the platform
Supplier Intelligence
Business Intelligence scans your existing platform data to surface supplier company information — automatically extracting supplier records from your WooCommerce setup, plugin data, and database. Review discovered suppliers, fill in gaps, and maintain a structured supplier register exportable at any time.
- Automated supplier discovery from existing system data
- Full management: add, update, and remove supplier records
- Export supplier list as JSON or CSV
- Connected to your existing WooCommerce and plugin data
- Supplier register available as a standalone reference

We'll walk through Business Intelligence in context — current capabilities, active development roadmap, and how it fits your operation.
Platform Support
Business Intelligence is built on the CoreXBiz platform. Operational analytics draws from WooCommerce order data now. Business profile and AI features are available regardless of order volume.
The data you already have. The insight you couldn't see.
Business Intelligence works across any operation where data flows through CoreXBiz and visibility matters.
Print Shop
Your orders are already in the system. Business Intelligence helps you see which product types drive the most revenue, where production tasks create bottlenecks, and which supplier costs are climbing relative to the revenue they support. The data existed before — the visibility did not.
Custom Fabricator
Custom fabrication is full of operational data that rarely gets analysed: material costs per job, labour hours by product type, supplier spend per category. Business Intelligence connects your operational records so you can see which work actually moves the needle — and which job types deserve different pricing.
Service Business
Service businesses run on relationships and time. Business Intelligence surfaces revenue by service type, task completion rates across your team, and how your workload distributes across staff and clients. Where are you most exposed? Where are you most profitable? The records are already in CoreXBiz.
Retail Operation
Seasonal trends, category performance gaps, and supplier spend drift are all visible in your transaction records — they are just not surfaced. Business Intelligence connects your sales history, expense records, and supplier data so you can see what is growing, what is shrinking, and what is costing more than it should.
Agency
Agencies need to know which clients carry the most revenue, which team members carry the most load, and which project types actually close on time. Business Intelligence reads from your orders, tasks, and accounting records to surface that picture — without exporting data to a tool that does not understand your workflow.
Manufacturing
Manufacturing operations generate rich operational data across orders, materials, production tasks, and supplier costs. Business Intelligence gives you a structured view of how that data connects — order fulfilment rates, task completion by production stage, expense patterns relative to revenue. The same data, now visible.
Intelligence that lives where the work happens.
Run your business in CoreXBiz
Orders, tasks, accounting, supplier management, and team coordination flow through the platform as normal. Every transaction, task, and record that moves through CoreXBiz generates operational data — and it stays inside the system you own.
Business Intelligence connects the data
Rather than asking you to export, clean, and rebuild your business data in a separate tool, Business Intelligence reads from the records already in the platform. Your business profile, your supplier register, your goal targets, your operational activity — already connected.
See what matters
Set revenue targets and track actuals against them. Run an AI analysis of your business model and get structured recommendations back. Discover your supplier landscape automatically. Understand your public exposure footprint. Get the visibility that used to require a spreadsheet export and a separate tool.
