Departments led by Directors, specialists who do the work, auditors who check it, and a signing folder where you decide. It runs at corexbiz.com, with nothing to install.

What's inside
Each part says whether you can use it today, whether it runs in our pilot business, or whether it is coming.
Marketing and Accounting & Bookkeeping have AI teams; Sales, People & HR, Production and Products & Services are on the map, without a team yet. In each team a Director leads, specialists do the work with their own tools and permissions, and an independent auditor checks the numbers and reports to you. Every Worker has a role, a face and a name you can change.
Each Worker has rules you can read: what it can do, what it cannot do, and what it may decide alone. Decisions such as “raise a daily budget by at most 10%, only when the ad platform shows sales went up” are written in plain words and checked by code. Everything outside them comes to you to sign.
Everything that needs you is in one place. Ordinary items can be signed together; money and security changes one at a time. Only the sign button signs: a spoken or typed “yes” never does. Approvals are bound to the exact change and expire.
A goal is one thing you want to improve, with a number and a date. CoreXBiz checks each one every time you look and says plainly whether it is on track or needs attention, and why. Simple view and Read aloud are one tap away. Workers can read your goals but never change them.
Every task, by department: who is on it, whether it is running or done, and its report. A report that is missing something says so (“Done, with gaps”), and every figure says where it comes from.
A Director hands each piece of work to the specialist who owns it, has the auditor check the evidence, and reports back with one answer, in the background and overnight. Running in our pilot business, with Google Analytics, Search Console and Google Ads.
Booking forms, appointments, your team and your customers are in the same app, under the same chat box. Customers book on your own booking page. Free for up to 2 bookings a day and 50 a month.
The Bookkeeper turns emailed receipts into draft expenses with the receipt attached; you check them and post. An AI Worker never posts to your books.
